Purchase of a ready to use House Plans

When you buy a project, you get the necessary number of copies along with suggestions and proposals to use on your plot. Our projects contain much more than the construction project required by law, and the aim is to quickly obtain a building permit and create guidelines for effective construction. Each of the projects offered by us was created for a specific investor, according to specific guidelines.

As a rule, we do not prepare detailed cost estimates due to the possibility of flexible selection of materials. However, we can estimate the costs and prepare a detailed construction valuation.

If it is an individual project, the cost depends on the area of the house. We will include in the proposed price everything that will be needed to obtain building permits and necessary details to build the house.

What is important – being aware of the possible necessity of changes in the finished project, we invite you to our studio, where we will help with modifications and improvements.
